Converse is most notably known for their All Star chuck Taylors, but in recent years the brand has branched out in many different ways. They currently have a line for Target stores, and just recently will be releasing a limited edition boot. The All Star Made in Maine boot, is collaboration between converse and the Highland Shoe Company. The Maine based company was chosen to showcase the American craftsmanship of the New England Area. We at FresherThanChris previously highlighted a few brogue boots that are fresh, and while this isn’t a brogue boot, it’s definitely one for your fall/winter collection. The rugged sole detail would be perfect in the inclement weather that may, or may not, plague us in the coming months and from what we are told, they can even be re-soled for extended use after possible wear and tear. Only 80 pairs were produced, making these truly a limited edition.
The boots will retail for $350 and are available this Friday (11/30) at select Converse retailers worldwide.
