We at FresherThanChris.com are so happy to see Pharrell back out, both on the music scene and the fashion scene.    He still manages to mix street and daring style with classic tailoring.He showed up to an event in Vegas this past Saturday.  Rocking a  plaid shirt with tuxedo bib front,  denim skimmer and tall construction type boots,  he definitely dressed in an unique way.  What do you guys think about his look.  Is it Fresh or Mess?
